Do I still need a Coordinator if my Venue has one?

YES! The venue coordinator’s duties differ from your planners. The wedding coordinator is hired by the bride and groom and works to coordinate your event.  Planners coordinate your vendors, run dress rehearsals and create your wedding day timeline. Venue coordinators are employed by the venue to plan and coordinate the upkeep of the venue. They assist with everything involving the venue space itself.

What is the difference between Planning and Coordination?

Planning allows us to work with you from beginning to end. We help our couples make decisions, offer suggestions, . In Planning mode we are the who, what, when and how, Coordination is the plan of execution, We ensure that all vendors are timely and assist guests with questions and the flow of the day.  Torn between the two? No worries, we include both in our packages.

Should I pick my venue First?

We recommend that you book your wedding planner before booking any other vendors. Couples often look for beautiful venues, while planners look for functionality, beauty, safety, etc.

Do you only service Indiana and Texas?

NOPE! Although we are stationed in these locations we would love to travel to your destination to ensure your day runs smoothly.

Does your team offer Decor?

While we do not offer design/decor  we will help you find the decorator of your dreams to achieve your day.

Wedding Planning is truly an investment.  Clients should have an overall budget of 50k or more  for their big day. Our pricing starts at $900

Do you offer Coordination for Non-Wedding events?

We sure do. We can assist with planning corporate and church  events, anniversaries, showers(baby and bridal) and more.
